1. About These Terms

These Landing Page Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of landing pages operated by Net Business Ltd as part of its Gambling Affiliation service (the “Landing Pages”).

Net Business Ltd is a company registered in Malta under company number C42401, with its registered office at Office 32, Level 3, Regent House, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM1640, Malta (“Net Business”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using a Landing Page, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Landing Page.

2. The Landing Page Service

Gambling Affiliation provides landing pages that display selected bookmakers, online casinos and related promotional offers. The Landing Pages are intended to provide visitors with information and links to third-party gambling operators.

The Landing Page service is provided free of charge to visitors. No payment is required to access or use a Landing Page.

Available domains, operators, offers and features may vary depending on the country, market, regulatory requirements and campaigns available through Gambling Affiliation.

3. Third-Party Gambling Operators

Net Business Ltd is an affiliate intermediary and does not operate, own or provide any gambling services displayed on the Landing Pages.

We do not accept bets, operate casino games, maintain player accounts, process gambling deposits or withdrawals, or determine the outcome of any gambling activity.

When you select an operator, you may be redirected through a Gambling Affiliation tracking URL before reaching the operator’s website. The operator may use this referral information to attribute the visit or subsequent activity to an affiliate.

Once you leave the Landing Page and access a third-party operator website, that operator’s own terms, privacy policy, responsible gambling policy, bonus terms and other applicable rules apply.

Net Business Ltd is not responsible for the availability, content, legality, accuracy, services, promotions, bonus terms or gambling activities of any third-party operator.

4. Offers, Bonuses and Information

Operator information displayed on a Landing Page may include the operator name, logo, promotional offer, bonus information, descriptions and other key information.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any Landing Page, domain, operator listing, offer or feature at any time.

We may remove an operator or promotional offer where it is no longer available, where requested by an operator or other relevant party, or where we consider removal necessary for legal, regulatory, technical or commercial reasons.

We do not guarantee that a Landing Page will always be available or uninterrupted.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Landing Page structure, software and content provided by Net Business Ltd are owned by or licensed to Net Business Ltd.

Operator names, trademarks, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and promotional purposes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Landing Pages and related information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability of information provided by third-party operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Business Ltd shall not be liable for losses, damages or costs arising from your use of a third-party gambling operator, including losses arising from gambling activity, operator downtime, rejected transactions, account restrictions, promotional eligibility or changes to an operator’s terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available on the relevant Landing Page or associated website. Your continued use of a Landing Page after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts of Malta shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Landing Pages.
