1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Net Business Ltd (“Net Business”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal data in connection with landing pages operated as part of the Gambling Affiliation service.
Net Business Ltd is registered in Malta under company number C42401. Our registered office is Office 32, Level 3, Regent House, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM1640, Malta.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of the Gambling Affiliation Landing Pages operated by Net Business Ltd across our various domains and markets.
It is intended to provide information about data processing on the Landing Pages themselves. Once you leave a Landing Page and visit a third-party gambling operator, that operator becomes responsible for its own processing of your personal data and its own privacy practices.
3. What Personal Data We Collect
The Landing Pages do not provide visitor registration forms, account creation, contact forms or other mechanisms for you to voluntarily submit personal data to us.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or fingerprinting technologies on the Landing Pages.
We do not use cookies on the Landing Pages.
When you access a Landing Page, our web server running Apache may automatically record your IP address in technical server logs. These logs may also contain standard technical information generated as part of normal server operation.
4. Server Logs and IP Addresses
IP addresses are processed for legitimate technical and security purposes, including maintaining the security and stability of the service, diagnosing technical issues, detecting abuse and maintaining server operations.
Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for a period of three months and are then deleted in accordance with our retention procedures, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Landing Pages currently do not use cookies, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or other tracking technologies for analytics, advertising or behavioural profiling.
As a result, there is currently no cookie-based advertising or analytics profile created by Net Business Ltd through the Landing Pages.
6. Affiliate Links and Redirections
The Landing Pages contain links to third-party gambling operators. When you click one of these links, you may first be redirected through a Gambling Affiliation tracking URL before being redirected to the relevant operator.
This redirection is used for affiliate attribution purposes, allowing the relevant affiliate and operator to identify the source of the referral.
The tracking URL does not create a user account with Net Business Ltd and the Landing Pages do not require you to submit personal information in order to click an operator link.
After you leave the Landing Page and access the third-party operator, that operator’s own privacy policy and data protection practices apply.
7. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process server-log information, including IP addresses, where necessary for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, maintaining and troubleshooting our websites and services, and protecting them against abuse and fraudulent activity.
Where applicable, we may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell visitor personal data.
We may disclose technical information where reasonably necessary to service providers supporting the operation, hosting, security or maintenance of our infrastructure, or where required by law, a competent authority or a valid legal process.
When you click through to a third-party gambling operator, information relating to the referral may be processed by the operator and/or relevant affiliate tracking systems in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.
9. International Transfers
Depending on the hosting, infrastructure or service providers used to operate the Landing Pages, personal data may be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Landing Pages are not intended for children or minors who are not legally permitted to access gambling-related services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Landing Pages.
